Giveaway: Rodan Fields

I am blessed to having overall good skin. Thankfully I didn't suffer from a ton of acne in high school like some of my friends. Now that I am getting older, I have been starting to pay attention to more skin care products and the benefits that some can provide.

My friend Jeannie recently started selling Rodan Fields and asked if I would be willing to do a review and giveaway, which I gladly said yes to! What girl doesn't love trying new beauty products?

She sent me their micro-dermabrasion kit. It has been great to use in the shower, especially during these cold winter months. I have caught Matthew using it several times too (actually a lot more than several). It has made our skin a lot smoother.

Rodan Fields was started by the people that developed Proactiv. I will say that it is pretty pricey, but if your skin is something that you have a lot of trouble with, I would recommend trying their products. They have a 60-day money back guarantee. Jeannie has been using all the products and I can honestly say her skin has a beautiful glow. She was already pretty, but the products do seem to have made a positive impact on her skin.

If you would like to enter to win the micro-dermabrasion kit that Jeannie gave to me, valued at more than $60, leave a comment with your best skin care tip.

For additional chances to win:
* Follow me on Twitter AND tweet this giveaway using this tweet: @JessicaNTurner is giving away amazing skin care products http://su.pr/1ec3sn (please RT) (include your Twitter handle in your comment)
* Become a public follower of The Mom Creative (if you are a follower already, that counts too!)
* Subscribe to The Mom Creative using a reader like netvibes, google reader, etc.
* Become a fan of The Mom Creative on Facebook.
* For every $20 spent on Jeannie's site, leave a comment - ie: $60=3 additional comments!

A winner will be announced on 2/26.

I would love to win it and try it...even in my 30's, I notice lots of changes in my skin and even a few new lines creeping in! I think that using a gentle exfoliator has been the best for my skin and makes my skin look healthy and glowing. Rachel rlcohee@hotmail.com

  2. I don't have skin care tips, I *need* skin care tips! The best thing I can recommend is exfoliating. It works wonders!

  3. I would love to try it. No acne until senior yr of college & then law school. I get it now and then with stress...and I'm 40 years young. Would love to try a new product. I currently use Philosophy. Wash your face every night - even when you are tired - and moisturize.

  9. Use Niapads – Nicotinamide pads for controlling acne. Just one dab of Niapads on your pimple and watch the pimple fade. Scientists at NY University College of Medicine have shown that Niacinamide (aka Nicotinamide) is superior to antibiotics such as Clindamycin in controlling acne. Niapads is a one step process for reduction of skin hyperpigmentation (acne scars) and acne. You can also cut a piece of Niapads, moisten it with water and place it like a bandaid on stubborn acne. The ingredients penetrate and kill acne bacteria. Simply peel the pad off when it is dry. Visit www.niapads.com

  28. My one skin care tip is one that I actually need to start following myself. My great-grandmother had amazing skin - she used old-fashioned Oil of Olay on her skin every morning and every evening. To her dying day she was absolutely beautiful. :)

  32. I would love to try it. I don't do much in the way of skin care, and my skin is fine, but it certainly doesn't glow. It's fine, but I would like it to be beautiful.

  33. My best skin care tip is to always wear sunscreen. The sun can quickly age your skin so protect it! Also, always wash your makeup off before bed and apply lotion if you have dry skin like me.
